提问前先准备来源
边听录音边校对，优先修正人名、遗漏的否定词与句子边界。助手也能把错误句子组织得很有说服力，因此应先校对再分析。
需要助手可读的本地项目、有权使用的转录稿和可回查原录音。本流程不依赖特定 CLI 版本或转录 API。tokscripts 的已保存转录稿与原创示例支持 Markdown 导出；TikTok 链接取决于服务可用性。上传通常为 OpenRouter 6 MB，配置 Deepgram 时 25 MB；实际限制以表单为准。Instagram 和 YouTube 需要各自平台支持。
在项目新建 sources，保存为 sources/morning-transcript.md；想记录修改时保留未编辑导出副本。机器处理前检查 JSON：原始结果含两种文字，分段结果可能含以秒表示的起止时间。并非所有结果都有字幕边界。下面的写作任务用 Markdown 更易对照。
第一步：让来源文件自成一体
注明文字来自哪里、是否覆盖完整录音。片段不能证明整条视频所有内容，缺口必须让助手知道。

第二步：给 Claude Code 或 Codex 有边界的任务
要求分开证据和解读。“分析这个视频”太宽泛；短转录稿通常无法说明受众、成绩或剪辑选择。
在含文件的项目中打开助手，让它用当前会话文件权限读取指定路径，再粘贴下面任务：

Cite a timestamp for each observation about the recording. Separate
exact quotations from paraphrases. Do not infer views, conversions,

If evidence is missing, say so. Return the note for review before
writing or modifying any files.

什么时候需要 MCP？
希望助手在工作流中调用外部工具时，MCP 才有作用。Codex 文档和 Claude Code 文档说明了该连接模式，但不代表本项目端点已在你的客户端配置。

从校对来源选择下一项交付
核查笔记后，一次要求一种输出：简报、对比表或带证据引用的草稿。保留已校对转录稿，让他人能检查推理。
若制作字幕，按转录转 SRT 指南单独校对时间。好摘要不代表字幕与人声同步。编辑政策说明示例与产品限制如何标注。
