Help us reproduce a problem
Include the page URL, approximate time, error message and whether the issue concerns sign-in, a public video link, a file upload or an export. For an account request, use the email associated with your account. Only include a video URL if you have permission to share it. Never send passwords, API keys, verification codes or private recordings by email.
Privacy and account deletion
Use the same email for data access, correction or account deletion requests. We may ask you to verify ownership. Read our privacy policy for stored data and provider handling, and the terms for usage and plan details.
Corrections and source permissions
If a guide is wrong or you have a concern about content being processed without permission, identify the relevant page or record and explain the issue. Our editorial policy explains how examples and claims are presented.
